Q - What time can I drop off and pickup my child at a Holiday Camps?

  • Holiday Camps runs from 08:30-15:30 Mon-Fri, (wrap around care is until 17:30). Drop off should be no earlier than 08:30 and pickup should be at the specified time.

Q - How will drop off and pickup work at a Holiday Club?

  • To ensure the drop off and pick up procedure runs smoothly – a queueing system will be put in place and families are to adhere to the latest government guidelines.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Unless we are notified and a password is given in advance, only the person identified at registration will be able to collect your child at the end of the day.

Q - What will my child gain from attending Bop Stars or Sports Stars?

  • Our holiday camps are completely tailored to be inclusive of every child and our professional teachers work with each student to give them skills they can take into everyday life. Please refer to Our Ethos page for more information on what we do and why we do it.

Q - What age can my child attend a Holiday Camp?

  • Our holiday camps are open to children aged 4-8, your children will be grouped & taught by age.

  • We offer a half day option for children aged 4.

Q - Do we accept Childcare Vouchers?

  • We accept Childcare Vouchers through Edenred UK, KiddiVouchers, Computershare and through the Childcare Grant Payment Scheme. If you would like to use another childcare voucher company please get in touch.

Q - Is food provided at Holiday Camps or Parties?

  • At Holiday Camps all food has to be provided by you, due to the different dietary requirements of each individual.

  • PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE A NUT FREE ZONE!

  • When it comes to parties, we can provide catering as part of your bespoke package, we will need to understand any dietary requirements and allergies.

Q - What does my child need to bring to Camp on the day?

  • A healthy and nutritious packed lunch is required (we are a nut free zone).

  • A water bottle. Drinking water is always available to refill.

  • We recommend packing for the unpredictable British weather!

  • We would also suggest clothes that you don’t mind getting a little messy due to our outdoor play and arts & crafts!

  • Please ensure children do not bring any valuable toys or belongings with them to camp as we cannot be held responsible if they go missing or are damaged.

Q - What if my child requires medication whilst at the Camp?

  • We can only administer prescribed medication. Please ensure you hand any medication required to the Camp Manager and fill out a Permission to Administer Medicine form which will can be provided by the Camp Manager.
