Cancellations with more than 14 days notice will be eligible for a full credit note which can be used on any of our future camps and will be valid for 12 months.
Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will not be eligible for any form of refund; unless there are any exceptional or extenuating circumstances, in these cases we may be able to defer your place or offer a credit note against future bookings.
We do not offer cash refunds for any bookings at this time, we do offer full credit notes for cancellations meeting the above criteria and these are valid on any future club.
